What did our Volunteers get up to at the Essex International Jamboree?

   |   By

A week on from the Essex International Jamboree and the tents are dry and the majority of the kit has been packed away ready for the next adventure.

Apart from organising equipment, attending countless meetings, buying and cooking food and endless tidying up, what else did our volunteers get up to at the Essex International Jamboree? Well, during the day the team entertained everyone with our various themed days and in the evenings our volunteer team (made up of team members from Randwick, Selsley and The Stanleys) were allowed to try out all the same activities as the young people.

Look like fun and want to get involved yourself, why not contact us at grouplead@randwickscouts.org.uk and see how you could volunteer with us.
