Most of all, volunteering with Randwick Scout Group is one of the most rewarding and fun things you can do. We are currently looking for: Group Lead Volunteer – this is a flexible role that involves working with the Board of Trustees and Section Volunteers, plus the option to participate in the activities we organise with our children and young people. This role can be adapted to suit your skills and experience. If you have sound communication skills, experience managing people, event management experience or administrative skills, this is the role for you. Randwick Scout Group needs a fresh approach to help us continue to thrive and more forward. This role is open to anyone and full training will be provided. Cub Team Member – We are currently looking for someone to assist our Cub Team Lead with the running of our Cub Scout Section, in particular, with the planning and delivery of activities. The role will require someone who can volunteer for 2 hours per week and full support and a uniform will be included. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Team Members – join our successful teams helping our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. This role involves working directly with the children and supporting them with educational activities and games. The role will require someone who can volunteer for up to 2.5 hours per week and full support and a uniform will be included. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Occasional Helper – do you have a few hours to spare once or twice and month, then join our very successful Scout Group in supporting the leadership teams to deliver educational activities and games.
